Terms and Conditions

Soul Yoga prices, terms and conditions are subject to change.

Payments & Bookings

Bookings should be completed online using our online booking software hosted by wix. In order to guarantee a space in class, an advance booking must be made. Reservations can also be facilitated by phone and walk-in registration at the beginning is sometimes available, however we strongly recommend pre-booking your class as space is often limited. Should you need to cancel your class we require at least 3hrs notice for classes and more for courses and workshops. Please see our separate >cancellation policy< webpage.
To register as a Soul Yoga student you must be at least 16 years of age. Students under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian. Registration details provided must be correct and complete.

Attending a Class

All students are required to click a check box on registration confirming they have read these Terms and Conditions. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class to allow time for registration. Latecomers will not be allowed access to the class. Students who arrive late for a class for which they have registered will not be issued a refund for that class. Prior to the start of each class they take, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues. Do not rely on the instructor to remember this information the next time you attend a class. 

Risk & Responsibility

Soul Yoga does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. Prior to, during, or after class, it is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The attendance of classes run by Soul Yoga denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. Soul Yoga, including any staff, owners, managers, directors and volunteers, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation of an event or use of facilities at the event, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.

Left Property

Soul Yoga does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the studio or any of our event locations, either before, during or after the class/event. Left items will be kept in a lost and found box for three weeks, at which point they will be donated to a charitable organization.
Soul Yoga reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as well as prices at any time. Significant changes will be indicated by notice on this website. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact Soul Yoga.

2. MAKE A CONTRACT WITH US

2.1 When you place an order or reserve a space in class with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or a service. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods or service are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
2.7 This contract is covered by English law.
2.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

3. HOW TO PLACE ORDER/BOOK A CLASS OR EVENT WITH US

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 07825 955316. To book a class/workshop or event, you can use our online booking software through the website.                                                          3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. You may select to pay for classes when you arrive at the studio however the cancellation policy still applies.
3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order through PayPal.
3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.8 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

5.1 We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and to be able to buy from us with confidence. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, that’s no problem at all. Just return the product to us unused, unopened and in it’s original packaging. The product must be in a re-sellable condition with all it’s tags/wrapping in tact. In return we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund (minus delivery costs). 5.2 Should you wish to return a product, please notify us within seven days of delivery and then ensure the product is returned to us within a further seven days ensuring adequate packaging to protect the product from damage in the return transit.

5.3 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.

6. FAULTY GOODS / GUARANTEE

6.1 This cancellation and returns policy does not affect your legal rights. All products dispatched from Soul Yoga are guaranteed to be brand new and perfect working order. Should an item be faulty, we will happily exchange the product (where possible) or offer you a full refund including postage costs providing the item is returned to us within seven days of purchase.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.

3.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

4.1 Any links to third party websites located on this Website are provided for your convenience only. We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content.

Please note – if you need to redeem a guarantee or request a refund after making this request, you must be able to provide your order number and details of the products purchased.

Obviously, if you place an order with us, we’re going to need to know something about you: your name, address, credit card number and expiry date. We couldn’t do without it. We’ll also ask you for a telephone number in case there is a problem and we need to cancel a class for example. You will also be asked if you want to receive our newsletter service along with advance notice of special offers etc. If you don’t want to receive this info then just leave the opt in box unticked.

We will never give out your email address to any third party as we think unsolicited emails are the worst kind of intrusion.
