I've partnered with Kernow Springs beautiful new Nordic Spa in Wadebridge to bring you the best way to unwind for the weekend.

An hour of yoga followed by an hour in the eco spa to help you let go, and get your glow for the weekend.

The yoga is an uplifting and restorative Zen flow, and suitable for all abilities. 

​

The spa session allows you full access to the wood fired hot tub, sauna, and cold dip. The setting is stunning, beautifully hand crafted, and lends itself to ultimate relaxation.

Places are limited. 8 guests per session. If you would like to exclusively book the session for you and your friends do so well in advance.
