Letting go of physical and emotional tension leaves you free to move forward with life leaving what no longer serves you behind.
This is a slow class that focuses on the breath and holding postures for a few minutes at a time. Yin practice improves flexibility, focus, and mental and physical health, as you shed past life experiences that are stored in the body.
There will be periods of guided meditation and the session will end with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
