In asana practice we use Yin yoga to release tension and negative life experiences from the body.
We build up positive energy throughout the class using breath work and visualisation. This practice enables people to experience greater improvements in their health. At the same time students explore the edge of their physical ability gaining flexibility and a deep sense of release and rejuvenation.
Devoting half an hour to relaxation, meditation
and yoga nidra allows students to experience the true benefits of yoga practice. Feelings of stress, anxiety and separation make way to feelings of peace, joy and connectedness.
