A flowing traditional yoga practice designed to bring peace and health while increasing energy, strength and flexibility.
Everyone is welcome. The class is slightly faster paced to increase the heart rate, aid cardio and encourage weight loss.

Pranayama (breathing techniques) are used to aid detoxification and to increase vitality.
