Join me each week to practice yoga that is nourishing for body, mind and soul.
This class is uplifting and inclusive, suitable for all abilities and designed to bring the whole community together.
I teach a heart centred restorative yoga that builds muscle tone, flexibility, and stamina, at the same time as it relieves stress, anxiety and increases happiness
The class includes an hour of yoga followed by half an hour of guided meditation and relaxation.
Throughout the class I use pranayama, mindfulness and positive visualisation techniques that students can take away to use in the rest of their lives.
