Join me each week to practice yoga that is nourishing for body, mind and soul.

This classes are uplifting and inclusive, suitable for all abilities and designed to bring the whole community together.

I teach a heart centered, restorative yoga that builds muscle tone, flexibility,and stamina, at the same time as it relieves stress, and  increases happiness.

Throughout the classes I use mindfulness and positive visualisation techniques that students can take away to use in the rest of their lives.
